According to the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, being physically active on a regular basis improves your chances of living longer and living healthier.

Why workout at Austin Rehab? We have physical therapists and personal trainers with expertise in all areas of wellness available during most hours. Our environment is clean, relaxing, and not intimidating. There are TV’s to listen to and watch while working out. We have a cardio area equipped with treadmill, elliptical, and exercise bikes along with a full cybex circuit and free weight area.
